Domestic Carpet Cleaning - Accounting

Domestic carpet cleaning is an important part of any domestic cleaning regime.  The problem is most people think cleaning the carpet is all about vacuuming.  And while this is, of course, a major part of keeping carpets clean, it is not actually all that has to be done.  In addition to vacuuming, deep cleaning is required.  No need to worry though, it doesn't have to be done anywhere near as frequently as vacuuming.  Actually, if carpet cleaners carry out deep cleaning twice in a year then this will be enough so that your carpets look fresh.  That is if it is part of a larger carpet cleaning regime that includes vacuuming of course, it is not good to simply replace one for the other.
This part of domestic cleaning comes in two forms.  Three if you include upholstery cleaning as well, and really you should, it is something too many people forget.  The deep cleaning of carpets is either done by way of dry cleaning or steam cleaning.  The dry cleaning option is the more tame of the two, and that is meant in both senses.  It is good because there is no chance that it will damage the rug or carpet in question.  However on the down side it is not as effective as getting rid of the ingrained dirt as steam cleaning is.  That's because with steam cleaning, hot water is blasted down into the roots of the carpet, hot water that is mixed with detergent.  This is a real shock to the dirt, it is blasted away and then taken back up with the water as it is sucked back up.  That is why the process is also called hot water extraction.
If this is not made a part of domestic cleaning in London, or anywhere else (random, yes) then the freshness of carpets and upholstery will slowly diminish.  Upholstery deep cleaning by the way involves environmentally safe chemicals.  Also best to have professional cleaners take care of it.
